nVent SCHROFF offers a 19-inch subrack with high flexibility. These subracks comply with the standards IEC 60297-3-10x or IEEE 1101.x and have standard dimensions of 84 HP. However, almost any size can be realized upon request. They are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, and it is possible to retrofit them with EMC shielding.
The EuropacPRO modular product platform encompasses a wide range of applications and load classes with a minimal number of components. This allows for the realization of most customer-specific requirements using this versatile platform. It relies on standard products as a base to which a variety of standard individual parts can be added, covering around 80% of customer demands. The remaining 10% can be accommodated through minor product adjustments, such as breakouts, drilling, special color choices, and more.
This approach effectively combines the advantages of standard products, such as speedy delivery and cost-effectiveness, with the benefits of tailor-made solutions that precisely match application needs or user requirements. All the components are designed for easy and quick assembly and disassembly of the subracks. Furthermore, the subrack is conveniently delivered in compact flatpack packaging. Depending on the kit chosen, the threaded strip or EMC seal may come pre-assembled on the module rail.
For cases where standard modular subracks and their adjustments to not meet your specific requirements, MAY provides the option to obtain entirely customized subracks. You have the freedom to assemble your subrack according to your preferences, and it will be delivered fully assembled. MAY offers these personalized services at competitive prices, starting from just a single unit. To simplify the process for customers, all transactions are carried out using a single item number. Furthermore, we are more than willing to maintain a stock of your customer-specific products in our warehouse for your convenience.
