Air-Water Heat Exchanger – Efficient Control Cabinet Cooling in Dusty and Hot Environments (IP55)

The air-water heat exchangers offer reliable and energy-efficient cooling for industrial control cabinets – both with vertical mounting on the side wall and with installation on the cabinet roof.

Both variants are equipped with an integrated thermostat and solenoid valve for temperature control. The set temperature can be adjusted between 8°C and 50°C (factory setting: 35°C). The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar. The recommended water inlet temperature is between 1°C and 35°C.

Vertical Mounting (Side Mounting):

• For installation on the side wall
• Connection: spring clamp including plug for electrical connection
• Water connection via 13 mm hose nozzle

Roof Mounting:

• Installation on the cabinet roof
• No additional work required to maintain the IP protection class
• Connection: 3×0.75 mm² cable (3.5 m length)
• Water connection also via 13 mm hose nozzle
